I want my Products and Digital Recipes available via multiple Würth and partner sales channels. → not restricted
I want my Products and Digital Recipes to restrict in use to a certain user group. The licenes can only be issued to that defined user group in the IP Access Control. → restricted
¶ How it works for not restricted Digital Recipes
¶ 1. Product and Digital Recipe are NOT IP Exclusive
- Non exclusive means it is not restricted to be available via multiple Würth and partner sales channels
¶ 2. Recipe Creator adds all data
¶ 3. Recipe Creator submits Digital Recipe
¶ 4. Admin approves Design
¶ 5. System Services Provider approves Compliances, Dependency and verifies Product
¶ 6. All quality gates are passed - recipe is automatically published
¶ How it works for restricted Digital Recipes
With IP exclsuive I can restrict my Products and Digital Recipes to a certain user group. Who will be defined in the IP Access Control.
¶ 1. Product and Digital Recipe are IP Exclusive
¶ 2. Recipe Creator adds all data
¶ 3. Recipe Creator submits Digital Recipe
¶ 4. Admin approves Design and verifies Product
¶ 6. All quality gates are passed - recipe is automatically published
If a Product is IP Owner exclusive then an Admin with IP Owner rights can verify it.
If a Digital Recipe is IP Owner exclusive then Quality Gates are reduced to IP Owner approval but the Digital Recipe can't be sold publicly
