If a printed part fails at any point in the manufacturing process, you can request a reprint directly from the interface. This ensures traceability and maintains quality standards by removing uncertified parts from circulation.
You can request a reprint at the following stages:
After the print has finished
During or after post-processing
During quality control (QC)
During pre-assembly
¶ Important Notes
Do not use any remaining parts from a print job if one or more parts have failed. These parts are not certified and may not meet the required standards.
If a failure occurs after a specific post-processing step, you must indicate which step.
On the page where you detected that the printed part does not meet the required quality standards, click “Request a Reprint.
This option is available at every stage of the workflow where reprints are permitted.
Fill in the Request Form:
The first reprint request will automatically be granted. If the print fails again, you will need to submit a second reprint request.
The support team will review your reprint request and either grant or deny the print request.

If you need to cancel a print job, please stop the print directly at the printer. This action cannot be performed from the interface.
After canceling, you can still request a reprint—just make sure to tell us why the print was canceled by providing a description in the reprint request form.
