These instructions apply for Bambu X1C, H2D and H2D Pro
The printer's serial number (SN) is a 15-digit alphanumeric code assigned to each device during manufacturing.

To find the printer name and serial number for Bambu X1C, H2D, H2D Pro, follow the steps below.
- Wake the screen (tap the touchscreen if asleep)
- Tap Settings (the gear/honeycomb/octagon icon on the left).
- Press Settings
- Scroll down and press Device and Serial Number
- The field Device Name represents the printer name
- The first value in the section Serial Number is the serial number you need.
- The serial number of the X1C starts with "00M".
- The serial number of the H2D starts with "094".
- The serial number of the H2D Pro starts with "239".
